PRODUCT OVERVIEW: Luxurious 30″ x 20″ compression-molded SOLID fireclay farmhouse kitchen sink. Single bowl, fashionable design with 1/2″ radius inside corners, straight sidewalls, flat entrance apron, 7/8″ materials thickness, and shiny glaze. Elegant matte gold “linear” (sample) sink grid, basket strainer-drain, and disposal flange included. Fossil Blu, Inc. is a Reno, NV company.
MATERIAL: Fossil Blu fireclay farmhouse sinks function genuine SOLID advantageous and ultra-fine fireclay. Genuine fireclay is a semi-rare pure white clay containing increased concentrations of quartz (silica) than typical ceramic (kaolin) clays. We supply our fireclay base materials from mines following reduced-input/output (extra sustainable) mining practices in Italy, France and Israel. As soon as at our manufacturing unit (in Turkey), the clay is rehydrated, then molded by way of a 50,000-pound hydraulic press.
FINISH: This sink options Fossil Blu’s legendary silica-based shiny white glaze, which has similarities to “Equipment” white with neither a heat nor cool tint. Throughout firing, the silica of the glaze fuses with the silica of the substrate, thereby creating an extremely sturdy single construction. This “single construction” is what separates fireclay from typical/cheap ceramic merchandise, that are fired at decrease temperatures, exhibit little fusing, and are skinny and/or hole constructions.
SHAPE: Fossil Blu’s versatile 30″ class of sinks had been designed to suit a spread of kitchen and cupboard sizes. The flat-front apron offers a clear and traditional look with the oblong form itself being the design. Attribute of the pure fireclay materials beneath, the sink has comfortable edges and a supple total look.
INCLUDED ACCESSORIES: One (1) fashionable DESIGN-PRO sink grid, one (1) basket strainer drain, and one (1) garbage-disposal flange. For materials power, these equipment are created from 304 chrome steel, and electro-statically completed in Matte Gold.
